Saturday - Blue Mood

Saturday night we had a gig of our own in a bar called Blue Mood, in town. It didn't look promising from the outside, at the back of a Mall, but once upstairs and inside it was a very large lounge, lavishly fitted out, in a sort of Mongolian style and with a lot of blue lighting, hence the name.

We arrived at 5.30 and the sound crew a little later. This was ominous and it turned out that they struggled to set up the sound system at all, and we were an hour late getting on stage. Only during the break did they find another professional sound tech, who had it sorted in 10 minutes! At least the last set had decent sound.
